I have had primary executive positions during more than half my professional career in Organizations of different sizes, sectors, countries and cultures. During all that time I have understood that the position of a CEO is the position to make decisions that guarantee the sustainable profitability of an Organization.
I have made the act of making a decision with responsibility the axis of my position, a substantial part of my responsibility.
I know about the exercise when one wonders and continues to wonder about the same topic; how many circles do we make around the same scenario to attempt to reduce the threshold of uncertainty before every decision to be made
I know how much fear is felt about making a mistake, of taking the Organization down the wrong path. I know about the anxiety produced by those constant changes of environment, the unpredictability of what is coming.
